Nick Healy

Director

Nick brings a wealth of experience in asset management and property investment to Attune. Having worked with several reputable international and local property companies, Nick accumulated an impressive portfolio of commercial clients during his tenure with prestigious London firm Knight Frank and later at Colliers in Auckland. Nick was directly involved in the highly complex St Kevin’s Arcade refurbishment on Karangahape Road and is largely involved in the acquisition of property investments.

James has developed extensive financial acumen in Hong Kong-based wealth management and private equity firms. In New Zealand, he spent several years as the property manager for a high net-worth family trust, before partnering with Nick to found Attune. James primarily manages acquisitions, disposals and transactions of commercial properties while performing extensive financial analyses to ensure our clients are receiving maximum returns. As a successful investor himself, James is armed with insight and connections within the Auckland property market.
